Aboriginal Art by Lydia Burak
Lydia Burak was born in 1937 on Bathurst Island Northern Territory, Lydia works at the Munupi Arts and Crafts Association.
She is a basket weaver using the pandanus fronds and natural dyes. She also carves ironwood, making beautiful Tungas (bark baskets) painted with ochre's.
Her work has been exhibited world-wide.
